Each 2,800 square foot residence features traditional sloped roof designs with modern waterproof membrane technology, which guarantees monsoon protection for decades. The central courtyard design was conceptualised as a nod to ancestral Nalukettu homes to bring natural ventilation and daylight deep into living spaces and thereby reduce energy consumption naturally.
Our structural engineering team has reinforced the foundation with pile construction suitable for the region's soil composition. Custom-designed wooden columns, locally sourced laterite stone accents, and handcrafted door frames celebrate traditional craftsmanship. We have strictly met the current building codes and seismic safety standards established for residential construction.
